  • I grew up with Jane Powell and her family, especially her daughter Lindsay, as close family friends. She's a delightful lady, and as nice off screen as on.

  • Thanx for posting this clip. I knew for years, thank to Gil Fate's book, that Jane Powell appeared on WML the day after I was born. Now I finally get to see the actual clip. Apparently Bennett Cerf was on vacation that May and June, which accounts for the appearance of writer / producer George Axelrod.
