From what I've read, Hawaii doesn't release long form birth certificates. But really, does it seem logical that Hawaii would mention the specific place and time of Obama's birth if he was born in another country? Incest is sex with family member, doesnt have to involve rape. Pregnancy from rape isnt common, though it does happen. It would be painful to have to birth the child of the man that raped you, but probably just as bad to have to get an abortion after being raped. I would abortion should not be allowed in any circumstance, but obviously they would be able to give the child up for adoption.

The fact remains is that it's legal in America so I thought it is only fair to break it down into smaller components.I have a conflict with people claiming abortion is only a part of a woman's body and choice,yet claiming child support is required from the father. Hawaii wasnt ratified as a state till aug. 21 1959. Obama was suposedly born in 1961. Thats cutting it pretty close maybe they dont want to produce his real birth certificate because it shows him being born prior to aug 21 1961. He could be 50 instead of 48. Black people age well on the outside.

Leftists are so simple minded. First, look on-line as so many say. What you will find is NOT a birth certificate. It's a certificate of live birth. Two very different things. A Birth Certificate, such as mine from 1962 has much more info. it has signatures, and an embossed seal. It is also very black due to the plain paper and copying process from the that time period. This is one of those school day questions that "you", not me, always missed because you didn't read carefully.

But really, does it seem logical that Hawaii would mention the specific place and time of Obama's birth if he was born in another country? And isn't it odd that there was a birth announcement in the Honolulu Advertiser on 8/13/61? How do you explain that?

I had to look through the court documents for the reason why the case was dismissed. It's fry reading by the way.

Now can anyone tell me what "defined and serious injury" could Obama and the DNC receive if the LFBC is released

You do realize that the "9/29 order" was actually a document filed by Berg that he wanted the judge to sign, right? And that the judge didn't sign it at all?
Judge Surrick had many reasons to dismiss the lawsuit before even considering the merits of the case.

YOu hear the court case of the 10/24/08. That is the ruling everyone who thinks these are stupid questions quote. Try looking up the ruling from September 29, 2008 . Remeber this ruling was law for almost a month. warrents were standing by for not complying with the judge. Then 4 weeks later Obama and DNC came to town and had a closed door meeing. And the ruling reversed, and nutjob burg had no standing.

I didn't say that Sweden is paradise. Their unemployment is about the same as ours, and their taxes are much higher. The point of my last comment is that support for social programs is not the same as fascist communism. They aren't even close.
Sweden is definitely complicated, but what about Norway? One of the highest standards of living, high taxes (of course), 2.6% unemployment, socialized medicine... again, my point is only that this is more complex than "socialist = Nazi."

Obama has changed lawylers 3 times and played every card he knows to stop it. But you don't hear anything about it. The Philly judge ordered obama to release his BC, but after a meeting with him behind closed dorrs with Obama and DNC, he reversed his decision. Did you hear about that on the news, nope had to read the court decision to find out. So why did he reverse his decision after 2 weeks.

Actually yes I did hear about it on the news. The judge was quoted as saying Philip Bergs attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural born citizen were, "frivilous and not worthy of discussion." I'm afraid you are going to have to provide proof that he made this statement as a result of being strong armed by, "Obama and DNC."
Also, this was not a reversal of any decision that had been previously made.

Shoot half his cabinet shouldn't have clearance, if you use the Gov. org guidelines.

Actually we do know how he got it. He got it because he met all the requirements and regulations for that security clearance as POTUS. Thats how he got it.
