one of lydia's best songs. delectably creepy along with "tied and twist". i recommend lydia lunch fans to the short-film "fingered" she was apart of. the dialogue is fucking brilliant. it's really dirty, so if you're not into lydia talking about her little pink butthole, then you might not like it... :)
Nice piece, kinda sexy, like Lydia. Great album, her best along with Teenage Jesus, 8-eyed spy (which was ok), and was an influentual part to this whole scene, like Kim Gordon singing "Protect Me You." Same thing really.
@MrBuk86 yes yes yes, this song and "Protect Me You" have ruled my world with an iron fist for almost 20 years now..... Lydia's "In Limbo" EP is also blissfully annihilating.
Great. Really. I'm not a Lydia Lunch fan; to be honest, I never respected her too much. Her music, her poetry, her ideas of total freedom etc. But this song is amazing - bleak, dismal and unbelievably beautiful.

the 80's was doing some great new sounds until they mixed rap and rock together and fucked it all up.

I loved the Birthday Party, but only because I was prepped by this woman well ahead of time...

Call it No Wave if you want, but I've yet to hear an earlier song as gothic as this.
