I really wish the cartoons nowadays would be even remotely close to these classic gems. Of course they barely scratch the level of humor that was found in these classics. Sure enough Spongebob and others has their fair share of ups, but the new generation has missed out on what is considered the Golden Age of cartoons and it is our job to introduce them to these awesome shows.

That is because Ed Benedict was a character designer for Tex Avery in the 50's before going to Hanna-Barbera. Ed designed all characters for Yogi Bear, The Flintstones and The Jetsons.
