My game is completely glitched on this case.

After interviewing the barkeep, I walked outside the FRONT of the bar and then around the building (don't ask me why I did this), and met the stock/grocer guy in the back instead of meeting him from the backdoor of the place. Anyhow, now I can't get into the store across the street. It's always closed. Even after going to see the Maldonado husband an finishing that sequence, I can't get into that damn store across from the bar.

Oh my goodness, These videos are awesome. Thanks for all the help man. I've literally got all the 5stars in the whole game! But one question does the 5star rating start from the Traffic Desk cause I was looking through the patrol desk & they weren't any stars on them. If they are stars in the patrol desk aswell can I achieve them now? Also another quick question, in some desk missions, there is a notebook logo next to the stars, i can find the logo in all the missions on all the desks, any idea?

@evilshreyas There are no ratings for Patrol Desk missions. Thats why we didn't cover them. The 'notebook' symbol is actually the 13 newspapers that are scattered throughout the game.
