Josh is my mega idol. He's the best speed skater ever in my mind! I use his technique as what I think about while practicing. I try to watch this video every day. Whenever he holds clinics, I'll most likely be there if it is in range... just like the one he just had in Citrus Heights, Cali. It was a bomb clinic! I went to both of the clinics he had in Victorville and the one in Buena Park. Love ya Josh!!!!

I have known Josh and his family for many years. Josh knows what he needs to do, and I know he will do it. His parents rock as parents too! Not many parents would go to the lengths they have to help their child succeed. Josh, buddy, you rock! I am proud to know you (and the family). You represent your sport like a true pro!

God I love this vid it is the best vid I have ever seen u know I never felt like speed skating was going to be forever sport until Josh and Linda came to our region and did a clinic with us and they made feel like I could actually go somewhere with this so thanks to Josh and Linda for making me feel better at what I'm doing then how I felt before=)

Not only to young speed skaters, but Josh is an inspiration to parents who race as well. He is truly an amazing person and athlete. He is one of the best in life & that skating has to offer & has an incredible family behind him as well. Watch for him on ice in the Olympics. The time will come.

I don't like to speak for Josh, but I don't think Josh will ever "stop" inline speed skating. It is and always will be his first love. Don't get me wrong, he loves the challenge he has faced every single day with ice and the wonderful people he has met. But inline is like a first girlfriend, 40 years from now, he will still have the sweetest, most special memories from inline skating!! By the way he's home training now for IDN, ODN and hopefully Worlds again in 2008!! :)
