While I'm glad PSA's are starting to address this topic, this one minimizes eating disorders to just being about weight and looking like runway models. Most of the frineds I've met in hospitals with eating disorders said it was a result of life stress, life transitions, sexual abuse, control issues, overbearing parents, perfectionism, rigidity, etc. Interesting though.

Going on a diet is good sometimes.

If you do it the safe way like, not starving yourself to death, it's okay.

It's healthy to not eat a lot.

Eating food like there was no tomorrow it can cause serious damages to the people.

It's obvious I knew that when I gave my point of view. If you eat a lot, you can die. If you don't eat you can die. Doctors say you need to have a steady diet... diet, okay? It's not my problem you don't know that.
