She dosen't have a Japanese accent, I'd know, my second language is Japanese and I started Japanese in 2nd grade, so I have the accent. I have Russian friends, and this is a Russian accent.

@vanntuz you're right! but there's just one luka on voicaloid xD "英語" means "english". The standard name of Megurine Luka is often used on her (its, better said) japanese songs. The name 英語ルカ, literally, English Luka, came from Nico Nico Douga to distinguish both voicebanks

When u say v3 Luka, do u mean append luka? If so...wow, her engrish is better than most English vocaloids...the accent is still really heavy though. Love love love it!

@edwardriveria Luka's Append packs have not even been developed yet. You mustn't forget that Vocaloid 2 voice banks are compatible with Vocaloid 3, and with that it is much easier to make them sound better.

@butidunwannaupload I used luka's voicebank included on the Legacy Libraries Bundle, so just the quallity improvement and a "less-robotic-noise" is the change. Even of this, is easier to create professional songs with luka in V3 than in V2~
