I always have the tendency to *not* follow instructions from a hypnotist. when I did the suggestibility test on your site, I didn't really felt the tingling in the hand. I did swallow with the last test, but I felt the need to do so 2 steps before you instructed to swallow. Do you have to somehow make yourself follow directions? I think something is making me hesitant because I dont want to be 'obedient' and I always have the tendency to drift off.
@dromycatcher You probably require a more submissive approach since you seem to have an aversion to authority figures. You would just want to follow along with the suggestions. This is something that works quite a bit better live. And they give the hypnotist more information about how to proceed with this hypnotic subject.

It reminded me of the 1981 movie scanners.About some people with super mindpowers and some guys head explodes in it..But i forgot to mention the movie. no offence. your videos are nice.
But it's obvious for everyone, that imaging a lemon and it's taste causes feeling of that taste and all the physical reactions. Moreover it's a technique used during long speeches to moisturize dry throat. Just imagine a lemon and the problem is solved.
I haven't watched this one before. It's great to get back to basics of hypnosis. Simple and very effective!
