This video is right. However many people accept they will die at some stage and although they can cure/prevent illness they do not want to stay alive much longer so they won't listen even if you show them this video. Eating seeds such as flax, sesame along with foods like sweet potato, bamboo sprouts, fava beans, casava and nuts like walnuts each day or at least 4 times a week will ward off most illnesses. Oh and avoid junk food from your diet, this causes the problems.
