  • nice videos. i have the same jeep but stock. what kind of lift did you use? what height? what size tires? do you like it? how did it affect your everyday ride? thanks for your help?

  • awesome video!

  • Awesome BrettDez keep them coming mate :D

  • Where in Oregon did you wheel?

  • love your jk, great vid. looks like a fun trail. I have a 4 dr. with a 4 in. lift 35's MTZ's and 5:13 gears. I need to move to Colorado now, keep jeepn my brother...

  • Hey I have a 2010 sport, I'm putting a 3 inch lift in with 35 inch tires do you think I will need to put lower gears in it? It's a base sport like an x with open diffs and I went from stock size tires to 32 inch and lost almost 80 km to a tank. Love your video awsome ride and music, lots of sweet trails on Vancouver island, check out my videos

  • Mine is a manual with 4.10 gears, and it is bearable but I want to upgrade to 4.88s as soon as I can. If you have 3.73s(which I think the sport has) then you'll definately want to upgrade.

  • @dylanpeterson88 The Sport comes with 3.23s as base equipment - 3.73s are an option. Either way an upgrade is in order if you're going to 35s, both the gear ratio and you might as well install some lockers or a LSD while the diffs are apart. Still trying to decide if I want to go w/ 33s or 35s on mine - also a '10 Sport 6 speed.

  • Hopefully getting a jeep by this summer as my first car. Definitely taking it offroad. Any tips for essential upgrades to do basic and moderate trails?

  • @Norge17 If your just getting into the sport go with more experience drivers and learn from them, dont be one of those idiot highschoolers tearing up someone elses property, start small and get bigger, and above all be safe cause to many non experience drivers buy nice rigs and put themselves their rigs and other people in danger.....oh and dont try to impress people you always end up looking stupid.

  • Nice Jeep! I'm saving for one myself.

What gears are you running with those 35's!

  • What year is your jeep?

  • GREAT VIDEO!! Good song also!Did you change out your driveshafts?

  • Yes, I did. Coast driveshafts.

  • Great video man, keep them coming! You should do moab next.

  • Thanks, when I do MOAB, I'm gonna get a nice camera to bring along and get some good shots! I love having videos and pics to go along with the memories.

  • I was thinking that to, I just bought an HD camera, but it takes my comuter forever to process the videos so I only use HD in short videos. Do you live on the west or east coast, I live on the east coast and go to south jersey like in your other video.

  • loved the first one, love the second one, why don't more people with jeep vids just add music?

  • I don't know, but I appreciate the comment. Thanks, it was alot of fun on all those trails. It continues to be fun, got alot more trails to explore over here. I want to go to MOAB at some point.

  • Excellent video

  • how well do the half metal doors seal off water?

  • They are actually soft doors, not metal. They are the same material as the soft top. They keep the water out relatively well, had to add some weather stripping to help.

  • Ayy man good stuff, Keep it up, I personaly like the first video, dont get me wrong The Jeep looks good with the lift and tires, But i love seeing jeeps not lifted out there doing it all,But hey man keep it up and post some new videos haha

  • What tire / suspension setup are you running?

  • @ahzarit

Clayton 3.5" Short Arm Suspension Lift with 35x12.50 BFG KM2s

  • Thanks, did the ride of the jeep change much after you put lift and 35s? Did the gas mileage go down a lot?

  • The ride actually got better. Clayton makes a GREAT product. As for the gas mileage? I think it went down about 1 to 2 mpg for local driving. Highway maybe 1mpg, still gets close to stock on highway.

  • That was awesome man, it's as good or better than the first one. I love the landscapes you see in this one, and the sunset at the end was stellar.

  • @tommy35ss

That was actually a sunrise. Camped inside the Jeep atop a mountain. Woke up to watch the sunrise. My camera couldn't get any good shots(probably user error) but it was an amazing view. That was the best shot I could find.

  • This is the requested sequel to the first video I posted with my East Coast highlights. Now I'm on the West Coast and still Jeep'n.
