  • @MrChutzpah2002 - No extended warranty! Don't waste your money!

  • what a pain for the ass

  • Hey sweet piece of gear there. I haven't been able to find 12" kodlin bars, they only seem to come in 11 and 14, could you possibly give me any tips or even a part number? And also did you have to extend cables etc? Cheers!!

  • Thanks! Did you paint right over the chrome or did you have to prep the surface first? Are you happy with the way it came out? Sorry for all the questions, but it looks really good and I wanted to do the same thing.

  • @skorpion1028 scuff it up with a scotch brite pad first and then clean it with soap and water. I then just painted right over that. It will take a few good coats... after it cures it should look just like powder coating.

  • Can u please tell me what kind of paint u used to blacken the horn cover?

  • @skorpion1028 Rustoleum black Epoxy spray paint from Lowes or Home Depot. It has a white refrigerator on the can... good luck.

  • i fucking jizzed my pants best bike i seen on YT

  • @Theateam911 LOL thanks. It's not that cool. I'm rebuilding the bike and it has motocross style bars and is now olive drab "Army green" now.

  • @Theateam911 LOL thanks. It's not that cool. I'm rebuilding the bike and it has motocross style bars and is now olive drab "Army green."

  • What size tyre on the back bro?

  • nice job....clean!

  • I love this bike man, well done. Its original I havent ever seen one quite like it. Nicely done.

  • @dow3312 Thank you very much. Hopefully everyone likes what I'm doing to it now. It will be a WWII tribute military build.

  • how much to get the bars put on???

  • Sounds mean, hows does it perform?

  • @MrRogue125 It's quite fast. I just cruise it.

  • I like what you done to the bike...

I have the same pipes on my 2011 Fat boy LO.

How did you find wraping the pipes over the heat shiels? How does the inner part of the pipe look??

    tks

  • @HellOn2Wheels I just heat wrapped over the shields... easy but takes time to keep the wrap tight and clean.

  • interested in selling?

  • @junglemastah The bike is torn down now and I am repainted the tank and adding Biltwell Tracker bars. Also painting/powder coating the triple trees and lower forks. Send me a message and we'll talk.

  • Make a vid riding it bro...

  • @OlyMar83 I'd like to but I'm rebuilding the bike... it's all in pieces in my garage. Stay tuned for the rebuild.

  • @firefighter813x why you are rebuilding it ?

  • @Mazkuuuu It's time for a change... the build is on hold for now until this spring. It will give me time to come up with a plan and save money to execute it.

  • Make a vid riding it bro...

  • Fuel injected, -oops, my bad! Just that it sounded on the lean side, which is probably normal, anyway...

  • very nice ride, the way the idle seems to move up and down -sounds like an air leak or mixture prob?

  • @TomPauley It's fuel injected...the throttle cab was a little tight too. I just put those bars on before I took the vid. Once it warms up it idles perfect.

  • Bellissima!!!

Taka a look at mine... ;)

  • bike is completely torn down and in the process of being rebuilt. Anyone want to sell me their stock all black dyna wheels?

  • BITCHEN RIDE. LOVE IT. PERFECT SET UP

  • sick

  • great bike. too loud though. I got screamin eagles on my sportster and my friggin ears are hummin after a decent ride. and they got some baffles in them. Crazy.

  • Fucking evil.

  • @mrflannery hahahaha nice

  • dude are those the vintage king apes? or just the vintage bars by rsd?

  • @0726gf No one ever reads the description... they're 12" Fred Kodlin apes

  • The frame is factory Harley Davidson. The bike is a 2007 Dyna Street Bob.

  • Nice swing arm frame who makes it? Model number if you have one. Thanx

  • Where did you get that head light?

  • @kukalie83 This has already been answered... see below. Stock light.

  • @ServerForFree I've only been caught in the rain a few times. It gives me a good reason to detail it later.

  • did u have to change ur cables for those bars

  • What size rear shocks are those?

  • @Brianistheman03 Progressive 412 11" with 1.75" lowering blocks.

  • HOLY SHIT!

  • @Foolhollow ?? Good thing?

  • @firefighter813x

HELL YES! I love what you did with everything! The handlebars are brutal looking, I love how you chopped the back fender and lowered her as well. I've got a 2.1 sound system on my computer and my walls were shaking from the sound of your bike. She's gorgeous!

  • @Foolhollow You have a Street Bob?? If so, lets see it!

  • @firefighter813x

Hell no I don't have one! I could only dream of affording a bike like that right now. Haha. But, that is my dream bike! I have a Vstar 1100 for the time being. :P

  • I fit the Pirelli Night Dragon tire on the stock 17" wheel with no problem. You have a lot more options if you upgrade your wheels. Many people just buy a 18x5.5 rear and fit a 180-200.

  • Nice bike... i'm considering the street bob....but wondering could i fit wider rear tires?

  • It's the stock '07 mirror painted black.

  • I actually didn't have to change anything the stock cables and brake line fit perfect. I made my bars more like the roland sands style vintage bars. Also I was wondering what headlight that is?

  • This is a fantastic bike! I love it! I'd like so much to have it...If u decide to sell it, please tell me how much: possibly i'll buy it...Be carefull travelling in Europe: in many countries (4 example Italy) they're full of holes and problems...

  • rodder254- This is kind of funny... I lowered the front end of the bike and did the bar swap at the same time. When I measured the brake line length it didn't account for the shorter fork length. In short, yes, I did need a longer brake line for the bar swap when the forks were not lowered. You may be able to get by keeping the stock lines if your lower the front end two inches like mine. GL.

  • did you have to change cables for the bars? i wanted those for mine but they are discontinued so i went with the roland sands

  • nice bike

  • Thanks Marcus. I'd love to tour Europe with my bike. We were just talking about planning a trip to Europe and heard that the roads were not maintained well. Is this accurate?

  • Good morning from france, your bike is wonderful, i want the same !!!

  • Rocket Bob's makes a strutless fender for the Dyna's that looks pretty sick. I haven't seen anyone run a pintail with a fender yet... I plan on getting the Rocket Bob's "weeli" seat and matching it to their fender when I don't run the pintail. Swapping back and forth shouldn't take long at all.

You currently building a Street Bob?

  • I think I should build a pintail on my new bike I really like the look ,but b can I fit a fender in there if need be?

  • This was the first production pintail by Rocket Bobs. Pete has produced a better looking and even more comfortable gel seat pad. I am getting mine updated for free by him when I send in my seat. Talk about customer service! Go to hdridersusa (website) and PM Sk8rod @ Rocket Bobs. Tell him Chris (aka firefighter813x) sent ya and he'll discuss options/pricing.

  • @firefighter813x, what is the comfort level like on the seat and how many bills does the seat run you if you don't mind answering..

  • @firefighter813x the struts that connect to the rear fender is what I was talking about.

I like how the pintail seat totally eliminates the need of the rear fender and struts.

  • @skyleralan Duh... I obviously agree 100%!

  • you laki becoyse yours money.

  • @arsenick85 Huh????

  • Nice Sound i like that!!!

  • I love the Rocket Bob's pintail seat, can't wait to get that unit on my bike. Not sure what it is, but I just hate those ugly stock harley struts on almost every model.

  • @skyleralan You talking about the rear shocks?? I kind of like 'em. I really wanted a softail but I bought this bob for a great price used.

  • 12" Fred Kodlins... See video description for mods

  • what kind of handle bars did u throw on there

  • Looks good man! Have any engine work other than I'm guessing a stage one??

  • The engine is stock... I do have the V&H Power Pak to control the V&H exhaust and Arlen Ness Big Sucker filter. I'd like to get the heads done and install some cams. Doing motor work would be bragging rights more than anything because I never get on it. I mostly just cruise the bike.

  • Yes, the light came stock with a little visor on it. I just painted the visor black to match the headlight. I am trying to paint or powder everything that's chrome.

  • The headlight is a stock street bob headlight that was painted black. The tail light is a stock turn signal that was painted black as well. I'm using the run, brake, and turn controller bought from my local HD dealer.

  • Thanks for your reply. Is there some sort of trim on the light?

  • Hi can you tell me what light it is on yours please?

  • *scrape

  • The front tire is the stock 19" from HD. The rear is a Pirelli Night Dragon 180. The tire is kind of bulged out on the stock rim so it is peaked looking. It does want to dip in the turns a little more than stock. I can't really lay it over because my forward controls scrap because it's soooo low.

  • Forgot to ask if the tyre rides nice.

  • Hi, great bike. Can you tell me what tyre that is and if you modified the wheel etc;?

    Thanks

  • Yes, they are the Progressive 11" 412 shocks. I also have ebay 1.75" lowering blocks on them too. The pipes are V&H that have black heat wrap on them.

  • what size 412 shocks did you use? 11"? great looking bike!!!

  • that is a sick ass bike. are those vance and hines short shots, just wrapped?

  • hows the ride???

  • I agree on Rocket Bob's stuff. The seat is pretty sick. I am going to be running their rear fender for strut less Dyna's soon.

I am also going to repaint the entire bike and powder coat everything that's chrome/polished. Looking to add some Performance Machine contrast cut wheels too.

  • Looks good. Rocket Bobs has good shit

  • Nice one keep up the good work love the seat dude!

  • Great Job!!

  • this is a sick bike...great job!

  • I already have some sick ideas for another Bob build... Thanks for the positive feedback.

  • Bad ass bike bro! I loved it.

  • Looks so fckin cool Chris :) Great work

  • Thanks! I think it turned out well. The Rocket Bob's seat makes the bike.

  • definitely awesome man, Im really liking it.
