ACTUALY, The F-22's top speed is so high, its level 3 top secret. and it doesn't infared targeting is not a good thing. this is because the modern fighter age will soon consist of no-heat-engines. besides, the F-22 can hit a target 2 1/2-4 miles away. you did perfect thrust vectoring, but the united states is better because we have the worlds strongest, most agile, and most modernized military in the world.

Uh, no. The F-22 is not 3x faster. The F-22 has a top speed of ~ Mach 2.3. The Su-37's top speed is about the same, maybe Mach 2.4.

As for stealth, yeah, the F-22 has that, but its geared towards defeating radar. Russian fighters mainly use Infrared to track and engage enemy aircraft.
