question. how can i play joker? i download the play as the joker in psn but when i installed it theres no joker option to choose.

@Sinophil05 Its a part of the extra challenge maps so won't be part of storymode. As you play through the storymode you will unlock extra challenge maps that can be accessed from the main game menu where you will be able to play either as batman/ armored batman/ joker

@Transformers0080 True but for RealD you need to have the new 3D LED TV whereas with red/ blue you can play on a regular TV

@lemonbandaid All extra challenge maps are included in the GOTY version. Yes you can play in both 3d/ non-3d, u just have to alter settings in either the main/ in-game menu

@speeddemon483 6 maps is GOTY version - 4 maps is regular version. Basically GOTY maps are included whereas in regular you have to pay for the extra maps

@ArreolaMarco collectors has replica batarang or batmobile depending on where you buy it from, whereas goty is 3d and has some extra maps - so depends on whether you want 3d or some replica items

@TerminatedTomator This version is for those people who havent played or owned the standard version of Batman Arkham Asylum.I wouldn't be surprise when Arkham Asylum 2 comes out ,then a year later they rerelease it in 3-D with extra challenge maps & The Penguin as a playable character.

You will get better 3D for pc for two reasons.

1. it was out in 3D on its original release date for pc.

2.Nvidia 3D vision Glasses which uses full stereoscopic 3D.

But anyway good review.

Even though Nvidia has 3D capabilities the - Triovis 3D - is not available for the PC as far as I know - that's why the console 3D is better

UPDATE - If you have played the Regular Edition of Batman Arkham Asylum and wish to play the 3D Game of the Year Edition [GOTY] - YOU DO NOT NEED TO UNINSTALL THE PREVIOUS VERSION - as the new one will overwrite the old - All Achieved Trophies Remain, however the Old Saved Games Are Incompatible with the new GOTY version

I like the 3D effect. Just defeated the first titan. The best 3D I saw so far was when Joker was in Batman's car being taken to Arkham Asylum - the red streak behind the car is above the gorund and separated. Also as Joker was being escorted in straps through a tunnelled area in the Asylum, the lights were flickering - you can really see that joker stands out from the rest of the frame when its dark. Although if you are hoping for 'pop out of the screen' 3D, you're probably not gonna see that.

UPDATE - 3D can be turned on and off through the main menu - so those of you who prefer to play in 2D can still do so - To play in 3D you must enable it before playing, so do it once its installed on the PS3
