It's most likely the mage version of Power Word: Shield. So it's most likely called ice shield/Frost shield. You get it at 70 or 60.

Well, HUNTERS use their pet, which they can heal. and has more than 3k armor usually. rogues just cant pull like this, locks have a pet, priests heal, paladins heal ans wear plate. Mages have cloth, and cant heal. so....think about that.

its just not a paladin so you should do it diffrent, if i saw a shaman one shot this id say wow imba cool cus it is with a shaman with a prot paladin with right gear you must be epic fail not to make it and with a mage imo its doable but hard (pre nerf) not i guess its not doable
