depends on how good you are, personally I have a pair of Palæe scream 111, and I think they are great for jumps and off pist because they are so wide. But also they are hard to handle on the grinds and so on. So width is important for your speciality.
i am a skiing the narrowest skis, the more racing ones as i compete from time to time and like speed on hard pack, but as conditions are seldom that hard and get softer go for the mid-fat ones ( 75-86 mm waist) which go well on softer snow as well, twin tips are also great, there's a type for park and pipe and a type, usually shorter, for all mountain and are a bit more for slappy and softer snow and just rip through it and are really stable and manouvarble
