I think you want FPS, type "/cg_drawfps 1" to see your FPS and try "/com_maxfps 125" to change your FPS, it can be anything from 1 to 1000.

the non-dieing-part is possible on EVERY server - but you must be perfect in jumping and dont make an only mistake. The settings are the same as the settings on normal servers, only i change my fps up to 333 fps.

I NEVER use oldschool while jumping, the only what you need is: a good strafejump, 125/250/333 fps, often a rpg and many many patience to learn it (this is the hardest part) :)
