theres also something called the "falcon garnish scoop" gets some participation with your customer and has a higher probability of you getting laid haha let the customer throw it upwards and you just swipe it downwards then into a quick reverse flair stall... sounds way to freakin difficult but with great outcomes if done right

I have done this before. The garnish around  the back into the glass. You wont believe how much people tip for this. And it is easy to learn.

Not sure my italian customers would like all the hand contact on the fruit but fun presentation for a different setting. I chuckled at your use of "voila", maybe you've watched a lot of Christian Delpech videos like me too! Keep posting the vids
