I was there, and they actually sounded fabulous live...however, they were having problems with the euipment because of the rain. They did soundcheck many times, to trying to get it working properly, but finally they just had to go on...sound problems and all...

Here are my thoughts on this subject. I was a huge fan back in the day. I was an unattractive teenaged girl and boys did NOT like me. The New Kids were my first crushes and I had the benefit on not being rejected by the first boys I liked (granted they were more my imagination than real boys, but still...) I only have positive memories of feeling excited and part of something in an otherwise terrible part of my life. Maybe if people who are annoyed could just think about that...

aahhhhhhhhhhh I'm 31 now and I can remember my "shrine" in my locker of NKOTB and Joey!! I'll never forget going to music class the day after their concert here in cincy and EVERY girl was wearing a concert shirt! JUST love them!! I had these guys on my ipod before they announced the comeback! this just makes it more exciting. My 2 and 3 year old now listen to their music. Love it when the good ones come back!
