  • Quran not Koran

  • I think the message that he has sent in this video are exactly what the world needs today. Peace is the value shared by all three, and understanding our shared values and each other's specifics can help lead the world to a greater peace, understanding and caring for others.

  • How can one put the words religion and knowledge together... Religious leaders should no longer exist!! Ramadan is probably a nice guy but he's fucking religious and yet very powerfull wich in my book means DANGEROUS to civilisation!!!

  • @todomusika ii really am going to kick your teeth out, this man dangerous? are you real? You dirty jew loving cunt. You dont know what will soon hit you bro,

  • @Guidemysoulallah your anger proves the harm religion does to your brain... And I didn't understand the link between my comment and being a jew. Again, your religion makes you have those stupid preconceptions... Get rid of it and be free. Learn some real stuff about the universe and stop being a brainwashed moron!

  • @todomusika

i disagree wth ur comment "your anger proves the harm religion does to your brain". u'll find very peaceful people from the same religion. Its depend upon how u interpret the religion. If u really understand the religion u becum more peaceful

  • Ramadan? the worst lying muslim bastard thats out there..congrats to the islamic shithead.

    lmfao@llahs Wogz

  • @sami60100 :L'Islam a été prêché par des ignorants et cru par des savants, et c'est en quoi il ne ressemble à rien de connu."

  • YOU'RE A LIAR.

    TU ES UN MANTEUR.

  • Ramadan is full of lies and deceit.

Shariah is hate speech, plain and simple.

    Islam is barbaric.

  • @alphecca2539 barbaric Islam is not the true Islam, the one with the terrorists and extremists ..... God will punish one day for their evil they have done to people!

but the real Islam, one that many people do not see is very sweet and fair!everybody thinks that women are belittled in Islam but it is wrong! God gives more importance to women than men!

before judging a religion it would first gather information on and if you'll see how everything you say is wrong!

may god bless your heart :)

  • @dikra0 spot on brother

  • He is not a Muslim.

    He is a munafiq!!!!'

  • @Shamrockdalegend

    And what are you?

  • Actually there is no symbolism in Islam. The moon and a star was the symbol of the Ottoman Empire the same as in the flag use of Turkey.Look at national flag of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Islam is in the heart of Muslims and only ALLAH knows.

  • Comment removed

  • Now there is phobia towards the Minarets and later the symbolic Moon and Stars of Islam.Soon they will ban looking to the skies at night.Ha Ha Ha! So get ready.

  • @captaziz1 lol

  • tarik ramadan is the best

    he just tell the truth

    thanks tarik ramadan

    MACHALLAH

  • what is it with christain and muslem? there are buddhist and hindus living in the same continent (ASIA) they never have to explain themselves like this or fight and kill eachother!!!

and also why is terrorism linked with muslims and americans mostly chirstains be anti terrorism.? there is much more than just clash of religion. i think its more political. i wouldn't be suprised to know america created terrorist and use this fear to control its people.

  • Have you ever heard about some distant countries called Pakistan and Banghladesh ?

    Neither about Indonesia I suppose...

  • i dont really understand what you are try ing to say. N e way i am from nepal if that helps U in some way. i guess u re from europe?? plz reply ^^

  • Yes I am, Sorry for my stupid comment (regarding geography) : I'm unfortunately used to Europeans or Americans...

I meant to say that religious conflict isn't exclusive to muslims and christians. Interpretation of Islam has brought massive conflicts in the aforementionned countries. Indonesia has (I think) radical islamic movements, which cause trouble.

(I only refer to more recent conflicts ; christianity has done no better).

    No question about political manipulation.

  • yah there is on going conflict between muslim and hindu in south east asia and also muslim and buddhist in indonesia region. i don't really know the truth but most evidence shows that muslim tend to go against other religions. and judging by the way this person speaks i dont want to believe him. what u say? and about political manipulation that's what i got watchin some other videos. may be i m wrong just askin

  • EMCHI NIK OMMEK EL 9A7BA ! MIBOUN

  • You are a dangerous ignorant person. Before you talk like that about ethnic cleansing, why don't you try harder to use your brain by looking at things I assume you don't know. Try reading the comic MAUS by Art Spiegelman. You might become someone who is worth something.

  • he wrote them both.

  • Sans blague, je ne l'ai pas remarqué, merci, de me facilité la tâche par votre commentaire. Avez-vous une autre suggestion !!!?

  • I love him ;) Hamdulillah we have him

  • Lets have a look at what curses man was given also found in the Torah

    He was reduced in size

Was weakened whenever he experienced an ejaculation.

The earth grow thorns and brambles.

    He must earning a livelihood.

    His beauty was taken away.

He lost the serpent that could have been an aid to him.

    So much for punishment.

  • These are punishments when you consider that man was created to live in the Garden of Eden and could eat of any tree he wanted without having to work. Also he didn't need clothes, to work & pay taxes, to ride the subway, catch colds and flus, deal with in-laws, fight in the army, pay rent to an ungrateful landlord, all these things are part of the curses.

  • Rich women feel more pain? So they are being punished for having an extra blessing (wealth) that God granted them. My point is, not once is pain mentioned for the man. Whereas for the women she has to endure physical pain (childbirth) as well as mental pain (must serve her husband without choice). By the way not all women love their husbands but as the Torah says you must obey him. Whether she loves him or not she is forced to do as her husband tells her, voiceless and choice less.

  • This is an ancient tradition. Nowadays with epidurals and modern medicine, most women feel very little pain during actual childbirth. Of course men feel pain. Men must carry weapons of war and serve in battle. That is life. Women are not commanded in the Torah to marry if they don't want to, but men are commanded to "be fruitful and multiply". If a woman wants to stay single, she can! The word for love is "ahava" whose root is hav - to give. Loving is giving/serving and comes with time.

  • Set aside the contradictions. Judaism does not treat men and women equal, does it? These are the 10 curses women were given by God found in the Torah

    The discomfort of menstruation.

    The discomfort of pregnancy

The woman is subjugated to her husband. She must cook his food day and night, and prepare his clothes. Her husband dominates her and she many not contradict his word.

A woman cannot testify as a witness.

I dont know about you, but that doesnt seem fair to me.

  • According to Jewish tradition, rich women feel more pain in childbirth than poor women. The reason? Because God pities poor women that have to work for a living. Also, even though women must serve their husband like a servant, she does not dislike him. God made her love her husband despite the fact that he rules over her. We see this in the words, "V'al eeshech tshukatech" Your desire will be towards your husband.

"Fairness" is not a biblical concept. Justice and righteousness are.

  • Contradiction Number1

    Did Isaac name Beersheba?

    Genesis 26:33

[Isaac] named the well Shibah. The city is therefore called Beer-sheba to this very day.

    Genesis

Wherefore he (Abraham) called that place Beersheba; because there they sware both of them.

  • I am not a scholar so I hope I make myself clear. The Torah is written grammatically in the future tense but read out traditionally in the past tense. Like if it says, "And Abraham will live in Beer Sheva" (chapt.22 verse 19) You read it out "And Abraham lived in Beer Sheva." The reason why it is called Beer Sheva here is because that is the future name for it....Abraham, being a prophet, knew the future name for it.

  • The quote said Abraham called it, not knew the name for Beersheba. But what you are telling me is that he didnt name the city? He just knew its name? That still contradicts.

  • Contradiction Number1

Did Adam die on the day he ate the apple?

    Genesis 2:17

But from the Tree of Knowledge of good and evil, do not eat, for on the day you eat from it, you will definitely die.'

    Genesis 3:6

The woman saw She took some of its fruit and ate [it]. She also gave some to her husband, and he ate [it].

    Genesis 5:5

All the days that Adam lived were 930 years, and he died.

  • God told Adam he would die on the day that he ate from the Tree. God then pitied him and allowed him to live one day of His days (God's day is 1000 years long.) Thus Adam should have lived 1000 years but he saw in prophecy that King David was destined to be stillborn, so he gave him 70 of his years, and lived to be 930. This is the accepted explanation from the Midrash/Commentary.

  • You are telling me is that God changed his mind about killing Adam on the day he ate the apple instead he pitied him and let him live another 1000 years? Why did God punish him if He was going to pity him? Also where did you get this explanation from? How could he determine when to die after he disobeyed God and God pitied him? After God granted him 1000 years he takes 930 and leaves 70? Does this even make sense to u? I am sorry if I seem rude but this is clearly not a good enough explanation.

  • Not alot of space to write but here goes: When God created man (adam means man), the man-creature was originally male/female but then Hashem (God) split him and made Eve (woman). The man did not have a yetzer hara (evil inclination) therefore Hashem meant for him to live forever. But after he ate of the fruit, he was deserving of death, as are all mankind since that time. But death can serve as an atonement for our sins, so even a "bad" thing like death can serve a higher purpose.

  • God has 2 names, YKVK (which denotes the attribute of mercy) and Elokim (which denotes the attribute of strict justice) In chapter 19 when God wants to destroy Sodom & Gomorrah for their sins, Abraham prays to God (YKVK) to appeal to God's merciful side to spare the wicked residents of these cities if there are even 10 good people living there. When we pray, we always want to appeal to God's merciful side, not his side of strict justice, because all of us have sinned and are worthy of death.

  • how you know YKVK has to do with mercy?...as far as i know the hebraic verb means "be" ...and Gods name could be interpretat as "He make it beeing" or "He make it become" or "He becomes"...

  • When G-d made the rainbow, he intended it to be an everlasting sign of his mercy for mankind., that he won't destroy the earth with floods, as he did during Noah's time.

G-d's merciful attributes are brought down from many sources. He can judge mankind either with mercy or from the side of strict justice, as we saw from the Tsunami and other calamitous events. The name you are referring to is "ehye asher ehye", or "I will be what I will be". This is the name G-d used by the burning bush.

  • Smart idea. i am a muslim, i alway was looking to get all the Holy books.

I can See a light in your heart, Keep your message UNIVERSAL.

    Keep...Going.

  • Mr. Ramadan,

I don't think you want the 2 texts together because the Koran has many mistakes, i.e. they put Haman (from the Book of Esther) in the times of Pharaoh in Ancient Egypt. Also, the Koran incorrectly lists Ishmael as being on the altar..many many mistakes...

  • There isn't one mistake in the Holy Quran. Give me the exact reference and I will prove you wrong.

  • G-d said to Abraham (Genesis 21:12) "For in Isaac shall your seed be called." Thus eliminating Ishmael from the chosen. Moslems counter this by alleging that the Jews altered their Scriptures in order to exclude Islam. But this assertion is meaningless in given that the Greek translation of the bible was already in the Gentiles' hands centuries before the advent of Islam.

  • Also, Islam stands on the Koran which Mohammed claimed was dictated by G-d, yet it is an enormous effrontery to reject G-d's commandment to keep the Sabbath (seventh) day as holy . The Moslems' substitution of Friday is in itself sufficient proof to controvert any claim of authenticity. Mohammed declared (Koran XVI, 'The Bee) "The Sabbath was only appointed unto those (Jews) who differed from their prophet concerning it, and your G-d will surely punish....for that which they differed."

  • Mohammed has the boldness (in Hebrew: chutzpa) to make the ridiculous statement that the Jews rejected the "true Sabbath" which according to Mohammed is Friday, "for which they were punished by G-d who actually commanded them to keep that day (Saturday) in the strictest manner. (Al Beidani, Jallola'din)

  • I want references. List of the chapters and verses that you claim are mistake. Its funny how no one ever mocks Islam by saying there are mistakes in the Quran. When I prove you wrong, you will see how foolish you sound. And for your information all the other scriptures (e.g the Bible and the Torah) have all been tampered with. Thats why there are so many contradictions. The Quran came to fix it all up for humans. Anyway, send me the references and you will see the miracles of the Quran.

  • The Torah scrolls we use nowadays are identical to the original ones written from Moses' instructions at Mount Sinai. All Jews in every corner of the globe have the same Torah after 5,000 years: Yemen, India, Morocco, Libya, Bukhara, Afghanistan, Egypt. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A CHANGE TO EVEN 1 LETTER IN THE TORAH. I do not own a koran so all the info. I have posted is all I have. You have to do the legwork. Good luck!

  • Did you google contradictions in the Quran and copy and paste what a hater has written about the Quran? Please provide me with the references otherwise do not state that there are mistakes unless you have seen these mistakes. Like I said there are none. Now lets turn the tables. I will show you the contradictions in the Torah with references. I can dig out for more but I think thats enough to prove my point.

  • Dear Muslim,

Try to read Tariq Ramadan and to undestand him... Buy his books !!!!!! Stop "misguiding" (muslim) people on youtube !

Use your mind and your heart !

  • Dear Muslim,

Try to read Tariq Ramadan and to undestand him... Buy his books !!!!!! Stop "misguiding" (muslim) people on youtube !

Use your mind and your heart !

  • Hassan Al Bannâ is not the father, but the GRANDFATHER of Tariq Ramadan !

Tariq Ramadan is not only a muslim, he is one of the world's greatest thinkers.

Islam needs such people who THINK, not those who only criticize without reading and trying to UNDERSTAND.

    Salam.

  • More impotently? Lol.

  • يا مأساة أصابت أمتنا حين نسينا ونبدنا روح التواضع وقيمة الانصات و"التـبـين" قبل التفوه بالتفاهات والحكم على الخلق...

  • @Y8uTube Well said! Islam needs such people who THINK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • - If the divorce took place, how is it "coveting thy neighbour's wife"?

Regardless, get your facts straight! The divorce between Zaid and Zeynab was voluntary. In fact, Muhammad HIMSELF had recommended that Zeynab marry Zaid; Zeynab was his cousin. But the problem was that Zeynab and Zaid, though pious, were unfortunately incompatible.

Hence after the divorce, Muhammad felt partially responsible for the mishap, and married her.

  • If you are truthful, list just ONE commandment which Muhammad broke.

Here are two commandments which Christians break every day:

    1. "You shall have no other gods before Me."

    2. "Do not make an image or any likeness of what is in the heavens above."

Also, have you ever even talked to an Orthodox Jew before mouthing off like that? True Orthodox Jews ADMIT that Muslims worship the God of Abraham.

BTW, why don't you ask THEM what they have to say about your worship of Jesus?

  • Most Jews didnt recognize Jesus as their Messiah even though it was in prophecy.

Chrisians DO worship one God who manifests himself in different ways. But ONE God.

    Mohammed broke these commandments

    - do not murder (700 Bani Qurasay Jews were beheaded by Mohammed)

    - do not bear false witness; (Mohammed urged followers to do this to kill an enemy)

    - do not covert thy neighbours wife (Mohammed forced his son-in-law to divorce Zaynab so he could marry her

    - Mohammed broke more as well!

  • Based on YOUR definition, here are a few other prophets who supposedly also broke these commandments [just based on what I can think of in a second]:

    - Do not murder:

*Moses [killed many Jews upon witnessing worship of the calf]

    *David [engaged in military expeditions]

*Solomon [also engaged in military expeditions].

  • - Do not bear false witness:

*Abraham: when questioned about the smashed idols, he gave a false testimony. After smashing all but one of the idols himself, he placed the hammer in that idol's hand and said that the biggest idol smashed the smaller ones.

  • Please understand that the story of Abraham is not real - it was "borrowed" from Jewish aprocryphal literature. Even the Jews knew it was just a fable. The Quran has adopted many fairy stories from Jewish fables and they appear in the Quran as "the word of Allah".

    Do the research!!

  • who built the ka'ba?

why is there a reference to Bacca in the bible?

Why Was Muhammad, peace be upon him, able to trace his lineage to Abraham even before his message of prophethood?

So who would have taught Muhammad these fables?

  • Pagan arabs before Mohammed worshipped moon God Hubal with the crescent moon symbol.

These pagans practised the pilgrimage of Kabah, the fast of Ramadan, circling the Kabah, kissing the black stone and Friday prayers.

Jewish scribe Ben Uziel mistook word "Ur" a town, for the Hebrew word "fire". Hence Sura 21:51-71 has Allah cooling the "fire" for Abraham.

This came from 2nd century Midrash Rabbah, a book of fables. Mohammed mixed with Jews in Arabia who would have passed on these fables.

  • who built the ka'ba?

why is there a reference to Bacca in the bible?

Why Was Muhammad, peace be upon him, able to trace his lineage to Abraham even before his message of prophethood?

Where did Muhammad meet the jews, when there were none in makka?

  • However, in the pagan Arab society at that time, it was considered incestual even for a man to marry his ADOPTED son's wife.

To fix this stupidity of the pagans, God revealed verse 33:37.

    Conclusions:

    *NO FORCEFUL DIVORCE TOOK PLACE!

*MUHAMMAD HIMSELF RECOMMENDED THE MARRIAGE BETWEEN ZAID AND ZEYNAB.

*ZAYNAB WAS MUHAMMAD'S COUSIN! HENCE, BEING HER BLOOD RELATIVE, HE FELT RESPONSIBLE TO BE HER CARETAKER AFTER THE DIVORCE AND MARRIED HER IN THAT SPIRIT.

  • Did you ever notice that Jesus did not go around marrying women just because he felt sorry for them?

There seem to be conflicting stories going around about this event. Your explanation is quite different to my sources.

How do you know who is right?

  • Jesus didn't marry. But every other prophet did.

Christians accept this, and Muslims accept this.

Given this fact, are you going to stay single for your entire life as well because Jesus never married?

Muslims, however, believe that Jesus will return again, and will in fact marry, just as every other prophet did.

Regarding your sources: rather than listening to those sources, why don't you do some INDEPENDENT research? Read the Quran for yourself, and see what it says.

  • dear christian friend, Muhammad dident marry as is portayed by MARRIAGE nowaday... if your thinking of Love and so on, it wasent the case at all. For example, a Muslim woman refugee in christian Abyssinia lost her husband (who became chrisitan and defected) and when Muhammad heard of her sorrow, he asked her for marriage to cheer her up, and she said yes ... the marriage was never consumated, it was just a consolation. Another of his wives (the third) had her husband killed in battle and left he

  • and left her widowed with 3 little children. Muhammad asked his companions to propose to all the widows and give affection & financial support to their families ...and Muhammad himself approached this certain wido for marriage, and she said: AM sorry, am very jealous twards other wives and am no good for you cuz I am old and I have many little children (a burden) ...then th eprophet told her THIS IS EXACTLY WHY AM ASKING YOU FOR MArriage ...

  • neoshall - your a liar. read his webiste for exactly what he said. Listen to what's being said, not who's saying it.

  • Yep born in Switzerland. He's the guy who promotes stoning for women ...

  • you 'r wrong NEOSHALL, you'r lying.

you must verify your sources. beacause you made a great mistake

  • Yep i'm lying .... In 2003 he just said that he refused to call for a ban on the stoning of adulterers, arguing instead for a moratorium...If he didn't say he was in favor of a stop so, that means that he's for the stoning ! Anyways his brother Hani comforted him , he said it too. See the truth and admitt it

  • TR has his roots in Egypt but he was born in "Suisse". He has the citizenship of that country not the french one.
