  • do you suggest quick and intense workouts 4 times a week or putting 3h in the gym 6 days a week? and how old are you?

  • @MrWallexxx I am 26. I'm a fan of intense workouts, I generally train a 5 day split, a bodypart a day, taking weekends off. Usually spend around 1.5hr a workout, you don't want to be in the gym any longer than that, will slow down your progress and could lead to over training. Just be sure to hit the gym hard, eat well and rest.

  • What was part of your workout in those 90 days? Did you do Squats and deadlifts and when you lifted were you doing heavy weights with low reps or med weights, light, etc etc

  • @WhySwag no didn't take creatine. I stuck to compound exercises incorporated drop sets, supersets and super drop sets!! high intensity. reps ranged from around 6 with heavy weights and up to 20reps as decreased to lighter weights. Normals sets I use a moderately heavy weight and stay around 10-12 rep range.

  • @wompsters I didn't do any cardio. In terms of fat loss cardio isnt really that efficient. Diet is much more important, be sure to be at a calorie deficit combined with weight training. Fat flies off!

  • @Browlonewolf Also drink a lot of water... Fat can only be metabolized in the presence of water :)

  • @rastablader you don't have to be in the gym any longer than 45 minutes. 3-5 days per week.

  • @scotty88233 Generally those who accuse others of taking steroids lack the will & dedication to achieve changes in there own physique , not willing to make the sacrifices but hate on others who are. I have never used, never will. 100% natural for life.
