This guy lives here in my country, plays in Ava Inferi. I traveled through all northern Europe in winter .it is so amazing, i really love the nature and cold. In my country there are also nice things such as ancient megalitic stones,castles and some nature but the climate here in Portugal, in summer is unbearable. way.....too much make up for black metal. The intial idea of the corpse paint was to look like a black plague era corpse. Dead was the only one to actually put black underneatht he nostrils to replicate dried blood. These guys now a days are way too influenced by the big arena metal acts.

way.....too much make up for black metal. The intial idea of the corpse paint was to look like a black plague era corpse. Dead was the only one to actually put black underneatht he nostrils to replicate dried blood. These guys now a days are way too influenced by the big arena metal acts.

He's a very nice guy.. he is not arrogant or any bullshit like that.. I've watched way more ugly/bad interviews than tthat, he answered the questions clearly and with a smile.
Hes one of the best Black Metal guitar players out there.. lets put the whole "true Mayhem" thing aside.. the things he did with Mayhem are incredible especially "Ordo Ad Chao".
I'm looking forward to see whats next for him...

i think blasphemer was getting pissed, especially when he was cut off and when the follow up questions bring the conversation back to euronymous. he's probably arrogant, but then again, so are most other artists. you can tell though in his body language the guy was seriously bothering him.

if you're expecting blasphemer to sound like euronymous, you are silly. blasphemer is younger and is his own person. also, if every band that had a member that died changed their name the rolling stones and metallica would have been very short lived. line up changes and deaths happen and bands continue on-get over yourself.

you put make-up on because stage lights, especially i think for this show as it was being filmed, tends to screw up how a person looks. and even in footage i have seen of other norwegian bands, such as emperor, it is not unusual for head movement when talking. t have footage of samoth where he constantly nods his head when talking.
