Years ago I had a session with a "healing touch" practitioner that was very similar to this, and it was surprisingly effective. Why are people making a big deal about the noise. I'm sure this was put together when they were getting started. I doubt there is any such noise during regular sessions.
The practitioner really looks like she knows what she's doing...but that whole environment was terrible! I don't go to a spa to hear people talk and construction...I go there to RELAX! I agree with the last commenter...I would ask for my money back since the environment lacked professionalism!

Background noises are SO distracting and intrusive on what would've been an otherwise beautiful session.
