  • Well done! That was awesome! I'm trying to have a go at his E.T. theme arrangement but I'm really struggling to read the charts! Really wish there were some recordings to go with them all! Beautifully played!

  • sir please tel me where i can find the notation for this arrangement? if i have to i'll spend th hours learning it from you. ;) thanks ~Rick

  • amazing ted !

  • you are amazing man!

  • By Jimminy Cricket..that sounds good...a truly beautiful theme.

  • Beautifully done!

  • great job, this stuff isn't easy

  • 5stars from me, but the melody doesnt flow.. its all a bit disconnected. maybe more attention to the meldic phrasing needed? very enjoyable none the less

  • xcellent, very clear and loud playing. i have de arrangement paper and i have one question for u 2 answer if u want. why you always use the bar in your 1st finger. to avoid other strings noises. its just that i finger the same phrases with no bars for exemple with the triads but its almost sure u r right cause u have seen the piece right from the master. wish you the best (upon a star lol)

  • the rule of thumb that theodore always repeated was to make the least movement possible...I'm not sure i'm right but it felt like i was moving around less when i sort of kept the bar going...when i watch lenny or ted they seem to be doing that a lot...most importantly just do what works for you :) thanks for listening

  • YEAHHHHHH!!!

  • You make it look so easy...

    I enjoyed that very much.

  • Ted Greene's memory lives on in all the guitarists who've learned and been inspired by his playing. Nicely played.

  • great playing i have that arrangement and i wonder i you can tell me if you take use of the pinky for the four-notes-chords voicings with a string skip. sorry i can't speak english i don't know if am i writing the right way. can u clear me that, please?

best wishes 4u and good luck

  • I do use the pinky on my right hand for the voicing that skip a string. However, you can also use your ring finger...i just tend to use my pinky in general because I play a lot of 5 and 6 note chords...thanks for listening

  • Very nice! What a beautiful looking and sounding guitar. You say it is a Ted Greene arrangement. Is it from one of his books? He was an amazing talent. Thank you, Les.

  • lovely. Thank you.

  • great work! "When You Wish upon a Star" is a popular song written by Ned Washington and Leigh Harline and introduced in the 1940 Walt Disney movie Pinocchio, where it is sung by Cliff Edwards in the character of Jiminy Cricket, over the opening credits and again in the final scene of the film. The song won the Academy Award for Best Original Song that year, and became a theme song for the Disney company.
