Actually, I'm from Sri Lanka and they use Fur Elise as the song for the daily morning bread truck that brings sweet breads, pasteries, etc. Too bad nobody really knows that there.. XD And I think they used a mozart song or something for the ice cream truck (more like bicycle)

They do the same thing in mongolia, carbage truck plays music to let everyone know it is time to take your trash out to the garbage truck.
