  • what kind of cat is she?

  • I feel so sorry for the cat, it's like... she wants the mouse, but she can't catch it, and she doesn't know why... bless her sweet soul

  • wow. now i know how to make un aimbotter

  • 香港人@@

  • OMGZ

  • doesn't the cat scrape the screen?

  • @MrMrSilviu The cat doesn't scrape the screen because of the iPad's glass and the protector.

  • Actually, Cats are more visual hunters, while dogs are more towards scent. Which is why cats usually are seen "boxing" with the TVs and looking outside at things. Dogs is very rare.

  • the cats better than me :/ how ?

  • Cantonese : )

  • Wow, all you guys are fucking assholes...

  • dont forget to use the screen protector, or else your screen will be scratched terribly..

  • what a dirty floor, go wash your cat

  • @Ian1329

What? What sort of rude idiot are you? Good hearted people with their cat, nice video and you are trolling rude comments? Terrific.

  • @venniey excactly. his house probably isnt the cleanest either

  • @Ian1329 I seriously doubt that the cat is harmed by a little floor dust...

  • you have a dirty floor... poor kitten

  • wont his or her claws scratch the sensitive screen?

and also this is not actually healthy. because while you think that it's fun and they're playing around, the cat is actually developing their hunting skills. and as with any practice with anything, if the cat is unable to obtain the object through any means, it might develop anxiety issues. this is why when you're playing with your cat (with a real object) its very important to let it "win" every once in a while.

  • @ihpb09 two words screen protector

  • @dakota10122 i was going o type the same thing

  • This IS the game for Cats...

Here's what I don't understand, Cats and Dogs sense their surrounding through sight AND Smell.

These two have to exist together for the Cat to "register" an object's existence, that's why animal tend not to pay attention to the TV.

Hence, the cat reacting to this screen is rather...amusing.

  • @Bracerjack They react to mirrors, don't they?

  • @Bracerjack

Apparently your reasoning is incorrect. They use sound as well. I have two different cat videos, no smell, but the sight is enough in one video to hold cat interest. The other has sight and sound, and that's popular. Do you have any first hand experience with cats?

  • @venniey

Yes, I play with cats all the time, I hate it when they display their love using thair claws ;p

    But I love them :)

    So vulnerable...so trusting...I love them..

I would gladly except that I am wrong with additional knowledge from people like you :)

I have no problem with that :)

  • @Bracerjack the reason cats usually don't respond to the TV is also because the scan rate for the TV is to low for the cat to properly see. Humans don't see transitions at 60Hz, the cat does, so they're just slowly scrolling slides to the cat. The iPad probably has a much higher effective refresh, allowing the cat to see it move properly.

  • @MrAzhrarn

    OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • @Bracerjack

Here is the answer you shmuk...:

The cat doesn't think this is mouse, she is just chasing it, like a ball ot twine and playing omg..

  • @Bracerjack but cat's go after lazers, so shouldnt it be by sight?

  • @Chieri159

Agree...then I suppose in this way, the Cat is going after the mice merely because it is a sight intrigue, not because it think it is food.

    This makes sense as well.

  • I have a kitty to :p I think i gonna buy a ipad to:p...for my kitten:p

  • Moar!

  • That looks like so much fun! What a smart human!
