  • I have a bit a low tolerance for muscular strain and tend to quit long before it begins to burn. Good thing I'm not a personal trainer. (I can endure brain strain though.) Ha.

  • well nobody did. i was going to say your form was sloppy and you would benefit from more slow, controlled repetitions but im not really in a position to be giving advice to someone with your physique

  • i think that putting hands under the butt is what really makes it targets the lower abs better,but tx man this is a really good exercise, i also do it on the edge of my bed without the ball

  • hey thx for the tips. can show us how stretch.the hamstrings and quads. i use a chair my gym has it helps a little. i wanna see if im doing it correctly. cuz my hamstring need work lol tight...
