I have been using crate games video with my puppy. What do you do when the dog doesn't want to get out of the crate. He stays in there (which I do not want to ruin) but he gets out when he pleases. There are also times where he growls and paws at the door when it closes if we are not working on crate games. I am not sure how to handle this. I can't work with him coming out and going in if he doesn't come out in a timely manner.
I was excited to find your YouTube channel because I have the Crate Games DVD and absolutely love it! It was weird watching a DVD and not being able to respond like you can here on YouTube though, so now I can! There were only two things I would have preferred done differently - one would be to be able to run the DVD without the music soundtrack (I know the technology exists because it's on some fitness DVDs), and I would have liked the intros to have been separate from the actual tutorials.
@NormyPie (continued) because I found it difficult to find the segment I was after before my pup got bored and went off the boil. He's now very comfortable getting in his pen, his crate, the bike trailer, and having me hold his collar - and the DVD also taught me how to 'train' general good behaviour and make it fun. Thanks!
This makes me want to actually go and buy a crate, lolol. I will definitely do that for my future puppy, though.
