A pilot wouldn't lose his wings over this. Where do people get this grabage info? Airshows and flyovers are very carefully orchestrated events and nit picked to the last detail. The 1000 foot minimum does not apply. The min for this is probably more like 500 feet AGL. AGL is "Above Ground Level" for you noobs. Every possible obsttuction is accounted for along the flight path. They get clearance from FAA and the local ATC (Air Traffic Control) to go to this altitude and flight path.
