This is a good tutorial and honestly one of the best synth sounds I have heard from Live's Analog Synth. However, it doesn't have that ripping effect that ZZT gets from the really low notes that come in around 2:00 in the song. I would guess they used one or two Sawtooth waves pitched really low and then synced and then a square or sine wave to make it sound more Wormish. At really low frequencies the individual Saw waves should be audible and create that bass ripping effect.
@sketchead2 i am using an akai lpk25, but it has no pitch bend. the sounds pitch changes because i play different notes. turning the glitch mode on allows the sound to change its pitch slowly. (watch at 0:47)

Just a suggestion.

what midi controller are you using? and are you using the pitch bend wheel on it, or somehow on Ableton?
