My favorite part about the concept of the U-Haul trailer is not actually getting the trailer when you ordered it. "The guy who has it will need it for all of Saturday as well." Why is that guy not getting severely penalized?

Reviewnaut: Every customer - including yourself - has unique needs that sometimes force him or her into breaking their promise as to when they bring the equipment back. When this happens, he or she gets an extra charge for inconveniencing the next customer. Customers who make a habit of this will actually get put on a "Do Not Rent" List. I'm sorry if you were ever affected negatively by another customer.

i`ve been watching these videos on u-haul, and they say they care about you, well if that`s true why do they want to sell you all of this crap that you need to move, its bull. they say they care about you, all they care about is your money, so i want to know why you work there, cause you seem like a pretty good guy and i don`t think you should be wasting your time and money sucking u-haul.

I try to be a good representative of U-Haul, which is easy to do because our company's values reflect a genuine desire to help people - people with limited resources who posses a true do-it-yourself work ethic. I'm sorry you see our organization as a greedy one. I've worked here for nearly all of my adult life and, respectfully, I couldn't disagree with you more.
