this is true for old plasma sceens but new plasmas have a white wash feature that will clean that up and best buy covers burn in and everything else for 4 years.

There is 4 clips total, 2 on each side. Which allows you to not even cut the top open. You can just lift the box and the tv will still sit on the ground. It was a pain to see you wrestle that tv out of the box.

Were you able to post a review on this unit? I understand it's a Samsung panel inside, but 2 problems: it buzzes and hisses (most likely from a cheap transformer inside) and the glare coating is really bad on the tv. Also, the black levels are off when watching dark scenes. Thanks
