@lucyintheskywithcake The only times I've seen her lip sync is on the videos (where all artists lip sync) or on TV shows where the performance was taped (e.g., Gossip Girls) instead of sung live. I've watched almost every Gaga live performance video here (you should see my playlist folders; it's an organized mess) and I've never seen her lip sync, not once.

@lucyintheskywithcake I *have* seen her occasionally drop a vocal line to do an especially difficult dance phrase but she also doesn't move her lips like she's faking the vocal; she just doesn't sing a line here and there. She has also intensified her dance & vocal breath control training, so she can do the more complicated choreography and still belt out her vocals the way she wants to
