Sleight of hand pro does the same thing as it did in MW2 except it doesn't work on snipers. What I like about the perks is that a lot of the ideas for them came from call of duty forums where people posted perks they wanted in the game.(The abilities and even the name of the hacker perk came from a forum made months before even the multiplayer teaser. This just shows that Treyarch listen to the community.)

@malkito2891 Stopping power would ruin any balance that the game would have. Also there are pro perks and how is steady useless now? It increases hip fire and it's pro perk reduces recoil.(because guns won't be recoilless like in MW2) Second chance only works for 10 seconds and you need to have to the perk to revive someone while they're in last stand.

@megatroll First off, it gives me extra reaction time, (a 'second chance' to kill my enemy), and a small window to try and complete my killstreaks. And it's actually decently realistic, I mean, if a soldier gets shot in a non-vital spot, such as the arm/leg, do you really think they'd just flatline? Most people go down in a barely conscious state, only able to hold a pistol in defense.

My point is, last stand is a good perk, that makes the game fun, and people excel with it.

Hm, I see where you're coming from and I think some things you mentioned are borderline okay. But at least they should make it a little bit more realistic and make Secon Chance dependant on the area you get hit. Like if you get hit by a sniper in the chest, you should be dead for good. When you get hit by a small gun, you should be able to get up. THAT I would agree with I guess.

Hacker means that you can controle the enemys stuff, so its like converting enemy cameras, clamores and c4 (and other stuff idont have seen yet). You just go for it and press f (or something) and its your eqipment

I have a cupple main concerns with COD black ops. though commando as a perk was removed, i still saw a commando lunge in the trailer.. does no good to remove the perk if everyone has commando automatically >.<

also a bit concerned with being able to jump and dive - i played BF2, plenty of dolphin diving for a few dozen lifetimes. please, please, please, if jump-diving is allowed, make it reduce your accuracy or be unable to fire for a short time, treyarch!

If they are real there is no way people would lose a war. They may be developing a "heartbeat sensor" but it isn't real yet. The only thing that is mildly like a heartbeat sensor is sonar and radar.
