Why are we sick? Water fluoridation uses hydrofluorosilicic acid, waste from fertilizer plants, containing 23% sodium fluoride (rat poison), lead, mercury, arsenic, barium, cadmium & palonium 20. Many water systems have high levels of perchlorate, a rocket fuel additive & 31% have carcinogenic "hexavalent chromium" from the movie “Erin Brockovich.” Filtration or distillation can’t remove it from water. Fluoride pesticides poison crops. Runoff & our discharges poison land, rivers and oceans.
I like the idea of not punishing legitimate businesses and accepting personal responsibility for your own actions. The number one problem in the U.S. right now is a complete and utter lack of personal responsibility. The lst thing we need is more bans against things like clove cigarettes because they are flavored and attractive to kids? Absurd, land of the free my ass.Remember this, freedom comes with the freedom to make decisions you disagree with, as long as it doesnt infringe on ur rights
Animal products have no hormones, oxygen, or phytochemicals. These are very important fuels for the cell. All animal products create an acidic environment in the body. Our main source of energy is carbohydrates and animal products don't have any except milk has a little. Plant foods contain perfect ratios of nutrients for the human body. I would only eat animal products If I was in a survival situation.
@777TylerJB You are correct except that animal products do contain hormones - added hormones that were injected into the animals while they were being raised, so they would grow as large as possible, as fast as possible.
Havent you noticed that every food thats good for you is grown naturally on this planet, whereas everyfood thats bad for you was made or altered by man.
This is to the ppl who said we NEED meat in our diets. Weather we do or do not need meat really isn't the issue. How the meat is processed and farmed is what makes it horrible! Slaughter houses turn our chicken into a meat that tastes like shit ( yes chicken seriously tastes like shit) unless MSG is added of course which is in all processed meats at ur local grocery store. And MSG has many different names to throw u off. So if u don't believe me, do ur own research.
@Loverlykris10 People claim that humans need meat for mostly one reason: to justify they fact that THEY eat meat. Fortunately, science says otherwise: we do not need meat or dairy, and thrive on healthy, balanced diets that omit these. :)
Sorry, but anyone who wants to eat meat or dairy needs to fess up: you eat it because you like the taste, plain and simple. You'd be more than fine without it.
actually, Acts 10:9-16 talk about the release of previously unsanctified meat as a food source and the old testament is full of references to israel using "kosher" meat as a food source, not to mention their dependance on fish! yes, it was used as a sacrifice to God but God only called for the organs, non-kosher meats and fats to be burned so, "yes, God gave us meat for consumption"
Agreed. I don't see how people think one thing is from God and other is not. God created all and is within all, right? He also knows all including what Satan (if he really exists) would do. But he created Satan anyway. It's his plan. God set Satan into motion. If anyone disagrees then they have to think that God does not know all, past present AND future. Which is cool if they think that.
This conundrum is clearly answered out in the book "A course in Miracles" and the answer is mind blowing.!
Hint: The Divine didn't create fear, we did. When we chose separation and got stuck in this dimension outside of oneness. We are little children lost and afraid (it is a subconscious /hidden guilt).
@HybridD91 no, our bodies are capable of consuming meat but just like anything else too much of something will fuck you up, including oxygen and water so by that way of thinking should we quit breathing air and drinking water? of course not! do we have to eat meat? no, as well, however i've never meat a vegan who looked as though they would be able to hold their own if a meat eater decided to pound 'em...
@Ozcrowley And I like to look at what's possible. :) Just because some vegans get it wrong (only to be expected: most people are clueless about proper nutrition), doesn't mean people can't be strong and healthy on vegan diets. Hopefully the new generations of vegans will be more concerned about getting it right and showing the world that balanced vegan diets are ideal for great health.
@kimberlily1983 okay, y'all do your thing but i'm gonna continue to sit my unhealthy meat-eating ass right here on the corner bar stool and keep eating ribs and steak cuz that's just how me and mine roll. you're a bit obsessive/compulsive aren't you? typical vegan trait.
I want to send that to all my friends on Skype, but since most of them loooove chocolate and McDonald's, I end up being branded "annoying" and a "pessimist."
Talk about people getting what they deserve! 'Cause that's what it is, ultimately...
It makes me wander towards deeper implications of the symptoms caused by chemically processed foods. When someone brings good advice, on a very peaceful way to shove HMOs aside from their health program, it appears to cue the norm, chemical eaters, to step up to the plate with an attack, bringing nothing to the table but cliches, "everyone suffers," "try another country if you're unhappy," "I got ripped off by my HMO and you don't hear me complain." Obedience chemical's, sedative contentment.
hmm interesting. i think i agree with some thing close to what you are saying. i think that they chemicals in the food to make us want to eat more or more less get addicted and then when we are unhealth we need meds and then we lose wait and spend more money on the meds and healthy food.
So...just because heart disease is the #1 killer, we shouldn't be looking for Bin Laden? Well, that's stupid! What kind of a disingenuous fool tries to draw a comparison between terrorism and your diet? They're completely unrelated! Yes, I get that diet is more likely to kill you, but the two subjects are so different that his whole argument is just meaningless. I'm surprised people applauded this. I don't need a stupid analogy to convince me that eating healthy is a good thing. What a retard.
Your missing the point, which is that people aren't concerned with what is an actual danger to them. The media sucks them in and they become complacent little sheep, fleeing to the slaughter house to avoid the shepherds dog. When your lying on the ground in agony, your left arm clenching numbly at your chest, are your last thoughts going to be "If the govt. had spent a few billion more catching Bin Laden this wouldn't be happening. Goddamn you terrorist scum!" Is it coming together for you?
So was he trying to make the point that people shouldn't be driven by media fear or was his point that people should be more mindful of their diets? I agree they are both good points to make, but I just think it was a bit weird to try to relate the two, as though they depended on each other in any way. Just because we want to catch bin Laden doesn't preclude us from eating healthier too. I just think it was kind of an awkward argument to make. I've heard better, at any rate.
This is hard to believe. The fda and other branches of the federal government are surely looking out for our best interests. FUCK THE GOVERNMENT. Grow your own food, catch your own food. Cut out the fuckers that allow this to take place. Sorry, I drifted off for a second believing that the generation of children that the department of education is currently producing has any chance of producing thier own safe food. Don't believe me? they put flouride in our water "for stonger teeth". WAKE UP
actually tap water is about a good as the average bottled water. Most are just tap watered that is bottled. Unless you get Smart water, penta, trinity or some others. Dasani is the worst. Tap water is more highly regulated for quality than bottled water. Plus bottled water is usually in plastic bottles that leaches into the water. This mimics estrogen in the body and that is a bad thing. The ultimate is a high end filter or distiller. I like distilled with a pinch of sea salt/gallon
@yugmnivek Some states has post banns on growing foods, you need to have a lisence, and Barry seotoro banned all fishing too, so, you cant get any food OTHER that Monsanto's Franken Foods....
@yugmnivek Flouride is used to gather and harden in the pineal gland, or "third eye" used for dreaming, the most important thing about being alive. And most bottled water is tainted as well, due to regulation. We sound like nuts but it is true. Maybe the toothe thing is the reason, but the other is fact. Maybe not on purpose (i beleive it is) but don't we have toothepaste for flouride, and then spit it out? Peace.
@yugmnivek you don't catch ur own food, cause you have to watch his video "Are humans designed to to eat meat" So quit the meat and go vegan just grow your food.
I'm a vegan and agree with most of what he said, however the "joke" was blatantly sexist, implying that only thin women are attractive to men. It also implies that women's only purpose for being healthy is to look good for men. This is incredibly patriarchal and hetero-centric!!!!! and also to imply that women who do not have that "perfect figure" are influenced by satan????? I understand that it is a joke, but SEXISM IS NOT A JOKE!!!!!

Thousands of billions are spent on drugs so

Epidemy of depression, schizophrenia and cancer is caused by medical business claiming that masturbation is healthy.
In fact - your body and psyche deteriorates when you torture your brain.

You're only going to die from those things if you eat too much (processed) meat.
If you eat a balance of meat a veg among other products, you'll health will be fine.
Remember that humans have bean eating meat for thousands of years, and all these problems have only been increasing so much in the past 50 years.
That's not because of meat, but because what a lot of people eat now, and the amount that people eat now.
