i have goon over 100mph on water and the boat had a single black max 150
true it was a17' flat bottom and you had very little control at that speed and would only try it on class smooth water and you would wet your pants but it would do it scary feeling at that speed when you feel the boat float up out of the water and drift side ways from the motor torque

@bhere2pk phantom hull, 23 foot, one sat , nothing on the inside apart from a fuel cell with enough fuel for the mile run, kitted it out spend ages on it, then once it was back to normal with the engines back to normal it did 78, the props were a 26 pitch or something. i have got rid of it now it was just so impractical in the UK, i now have a 26 foot sea ray with a v12 big block ! does 55 on a good day ; )
