@xXDemonxdeathXx yeah, you have to jump when doing an ollie. if you ask me, tony hawk may be a good skater but he isn't a good teacher here. so.. when you kick the tail, you already have to raise the other foot to allow the board to kick up. (one step missing here) later you have to rise the other foot (jump) which kicked the board before. however, i can't do a full explanation in this short comment either.. just try finding a better tut video
