haha this is the kind of snow we get in october here in upstate NY. Go to Watertown (hour and 10 minutes north of Syracuse+30 minutes south from border of Canada) New York for some real snow. We get about 4 1/2 to 5 feet of pure snow (excluding snow banks) then the snow banks can be 8-9 feet tall.

Just recently moved from Ontario, Canada to down here in Nevada. I miss the snow, don't care what anyone says "oh its difficult to drive in, oh you gotta shovel", it's what I grew up with. Nothing beats being home for Christmas and spending it with family.

It just gorgeous to see the sun shining through those trees. Its other worldly. I love the look of ice storms as well.

we had over 6 feet here a couple of years ago. Hey! It happens! Just buck up, stay inside when you can, brush off your cars and clear the way while it's still snowing!

Last winter we had a meter and a half of snow. It lasted for 3 months, kept growing high. I live in Poland.
