@kakuzu1233 once you get the hang of it, it's fairly easy, but this is hard to do. I usually play on medium though. I play on hard and some songs are ok, but Daft Punk's EXTREMELY difficult.

Well, there's DJs who just play music (and can't even fucking crossfade into the next song correctly) and then there's the real DJs who do this crap. Sadly, I've only seen one IRL. Ever. Well, it was a pair, but still.

You on the other hand may just do it to rack up some points, just to get rid of the rewind, or to extend the song as long as you can with the rewinds. Either way. I'm not that much of a fan of rewinding non stop. But that's just one guys opinion.

I belive rewinding takes away the whole base of the song which is why I dont do it so much. I only do it if I miss some euphoria notes or if it fits the song well with the beat. Mostly rewinds are at best at breakdowns in the song cause they build up the beat in most of the breakdowns in this game. So that's why I do it.

I'm so glad they have something that appeals to everyone. You know they made DJ hero for the more hip-hop side of the world. I like both rock and hip-hop so guitar hero and soon to be dj hero will be my favorite rhythm based games. Now watch harmonix come out with something called "DJ" to try to keep up.

walterreally, its just a game people play it because they want to have fun not to mix up a track their own way for example i always wanted to get guitar hero only because of the concept, i didnt like the music. but with dj hero i like the music so therefore the producers are attracting a completely new target market for the product but still retaiining their old customers :D

But this game was passed off in numerous interviews as a game that helps you build up djing skills. And on the more important side, doing what I propose would have made the game in a different league altogether. A LOT of people there wanted to see a simulated djing machine that could let you mix the tracks with the turn of the knob/slide of the scale/press of the button.

No disrespect. I wanted to buy this game. But there is no point. A true DJ Hero game would let you mix your own way. There are better ways of mixing Izzo and My Name Is. But one can't do that. For eg. it's like an expert gamer playing say WoW and then the gaming co. selling you the expert's gameplay which you have to mimic. This could have been done a lot better. Just leave the knobs on and let us mix it the way one wants. There is no point having 100% of the consumers have the SAME style.
