what should you do with a puppy pitbul,l we have one and it is 10 weeks old and his breed is pitbull cross staffy how do u train it exactly??? im 13 years old and my dad cant realy teach him cause he works away so if u got any tips can u please get back to me about that please.

I know this isn't as on target but I used to face the same thing with Rotties when I worked at a shelter. People would be terrified to walk them but I would take them for a walk and they were the best. Some of the least aggressive dogs we had were rotties and some of the worst were the chows and small dogs that no one was scared of at all. Such a shame how people judge.

That is awesome!!!! I have just started to foster Staffies which are in real trouble here in Australia. Wish i could do more. I hope to one day have my own Staffy Rescue here in South Australia. If only money wasn't an issue.

I need help asap. I have an apbt that i got as a pup at about two months old now hes three and half or so. He is so territorial and just plain unpredictable. He has bitten two people and im at my wits end. I have moved around many times and im sure thats affected him but i had not much say in that regard but ive always loved and treated him good. Now im without work and need help.

@botiroti1 Please contact a POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT dog trainer in your area. A lot of the time, they will stay on the phone with you and offer you advice for free. It is possible to rehabilitate an aggressive dog, but it takes a lot of devotion and consistency. The fact that you have relocated for this dog tells me that you are willing to try. I commend you for not just dumping him at a shelter, like so many people do.

my brother has a pittbull.his name is ali. he is getting VERY big and their landlord says that they have to get rid of him.ali is such a sweetheart. none of the shelters will take him so my brother wants to let him out in the wild or put him to sleep before he gets kicked out.ali stays at my house now because my mom doesnt want him to leave yet.but only for a little while.we arent allowed to have dogs.we've asked family and friends and they wont take him.it's sad how these dogs are looked at.):

This is a great video. People need to be informed about pitbulls. Honestly me. My wife. And my five kids wouldn't have any other bread of dog lol. As a matter of fact we have 12 all of who are loving to oneanother except one who I recently saved off the side of the interstate. Loves my babies but were working on his social skills and I have that female u saved's twin. Thank you

There's really something wrong and broken with people who abuse animals. There's no redemption in my heart for any of them. So wonderful to see a frightened lonely animals finally in the arms and presence of someone who will show them kindness friendship and love. I can think of no greater good.

Good thing what Brandon is doing.. Im gettin my 2nd pitbull in about a mnth.. I love pitbulls, they are veryyyy loving!! Much luv to both of you for helping these dogs.
