These are just clouds mate. Cumulus Mediocris to be exact with a few Cumulus Humilis. They are created around the middle to late in the day by convection currents due to the warmed ground.

From what I could see from that vid is a puppy humping the hood of a gremlin ( the car, not a creature ). A horse rolling on its back, with a swam looking at its upturned underside. A seahorse's head facing the opposite direction from Godzilla's head. And a naked woman arching her back as she swims thru the air. Either you need to take your meds, or go back to school to get a clue. OH.... now I see the Schmoo....LOL.

OK - this looks like the same clouds that show up at the start of every Simpsons episode. A a fellow Saskatoon resident I would have to say that these clouds are very...ordinary.
