This is my great aunt. I really didn't know her growing up as she lived in Tennessee and I was back from the Alton, VA / Bethel Hill, NC area where she was originally from. It would have been very cool to know her more. I really appreciate your posting this! I buy all the records I can find of hers. Just bought one tonight on eBay.

Years ago I used to go down to Nasvhille for the weekend to visit her, and we would go backstage to see the Grand Ole Opry, when it was more civilized there. It all boils down to material. She had the looks and the voice, but this particular song is very dated.

Wonderful song from a great artist. Wish she had continued her career, she could have been as big as Connie Smith. But, alas, it was not to be.
