this is happening to me right now. I go to court in an hour! WTF!?!?! I am under a lease, and have been renting now for one year. Now, all the sudden. There is a letter on the door, saying I have to go to court for an eviction hearing from a bank. My mom is in real estate. And said I have 90 days, not to worry. But, to be honest. I am a little worried. This came out of nowhere! Jesus this is scary.
I beg to differ. I am a Realtor. I have a tenant occupied property assignement and the tenant is being harrassed by a Fannie Mae property manager that does not even have a license. Why does Fannie Mae hire non licensed Property managers?
