So many things wrong with this video. 1). Why are they encouraging the use of a "permanent marker" to note the hair line, instead of something like an eyeliner pencil? 2). The application of the wig is horrible. 3). Never put the client in an uncomfortable /awkward position. 4). The wig is supposed to be applied from back to front! And why is the back not secured?? Hopefully the Professional/commentator in this video have updated their skills, techniques, and cont. education.

The "professional" seems like a novice! Her techniques leave much to be desired. However, I feel a need to address the ignorance in the comments section! I have alopecia and this woman has more hair than I do. Even though some believe that hair is the epitome of beauty-I don't. I wear wigs for the greater good. It would be unfortunate if someone made a rude comment about my bald head...and I kicked them in their throat!:) This woman is beautiful and so am I.

A terrible way to do an applicationm getting hair in the adhesive, letting the wig dangle in front of the client's face for 2 or 3 minutes ,and using a sharpie to draw on her head...they need a professional to be doing that smh

My aunt is a cancer survivor & she wore nice wigs just because of reactions from idiots who made statements like this..she would come home in tears cuz all her hair was lost. looks like they done everything the hard way! Cutting the lace off the wig was done inside out, which I have never seen it cut like that. Applying the wig was even a mess. They made it complicated and all you do is throw glue or tape on and put the thing on your head, gosh !!!

I was gonna just say I hope it doesn't take this long for the lady to do her hair on her own at home but then I notice the video was only 7 min. well lace wigs are alot different. every single hair strand is individually hand stitched onto lace, takes 40+ hours to make a full wig. and is either taped, glued or either both around your hair line to make it look like its visibly coming out of your scalp. other wigs are put on nets with a weft. or either glued on a wig cap with weaving glue. beyonce wears them all the time.

As long as you wear a cap to secure your own hair then yes you can wear a lace wig. Some people braid their hair up and put a cap on and others rap their hair and put a cap on and then wear the lace wig. You don't have to be bald headed or have short hair to wear a lace wig, I hope that answered your question.
