@darkangelglue500 good luck finding the diesel thats in the diesel ranger but if you got time money and skills you could drop a vw tdi in a ranger that would be bad ass
The rest of the world has embraced diesel cars/trucks but the U.S. still attaches a stigma to the supposed inferiority of the diesel which simply isn't true
@angrywambat the perlins diesel is the non-turbo one in the 1st diesel rangers you want the turbo diesel ranger a 86 or 87. The perkins is so slow you can time it with a calender LOL. the ranger in this video has a Mitsubishi 2.3 turbo diesel
It is ironic that the 4D55T used here in the 1985-87 Ranger (and some Bronco IIs) was also previously found under the hood of some 1983-86 Dodge Ram 50s and Mitsubishi pick-ups.
@playstation549 Your taste in trucks is horrible. Diesel Rangers are capable of going 1 million miles. At 134 thousand it's just being broken in. That truck will be more hunted down and admired more than any car you will ever own.
@slyhitman214 might be right, then again, might be very wrong. sometimes htey go for far more than youd think. BTW checked your profile. DAmn nice choise in music i must admit.
I have the same kind, Only not 4X4 and not in as good of condition, But a turbo diesel none the less, I drive it every day, Does great and so far has made over 200 miles on one tank of diesel, slightly under half full
no se loco, they just cross my way and I grab them , it's a hobby for me to play with them for a while and then sell them . It is on sale now on Ebay. thanks
@4everdiesel you are lucky. i saw this one, and your imark. both are vehicles ive drdiven in my younger days. are you strictly into diesels, or just semi rare cars?

i am pissed off, i see a auto 2.3 4x4 ranger or the diesel 4x4 manual ones everywhere on youtube but yet i never find it on craigslist
MacStimpfle 9 months ago
Clean truck man. Wish I had one just like it. 4X4 and Diesel and I am sure it gets great gas mileage. Cant ask for anything more than that.
Davey28car 9 months ago
SWEET, the EV ranger was also a sweetheart. we're not allowed to live the good life. just 350 gas guzzling b.s
