I "accept" that I can only do so much with the genetic build that I have. But I refuse to let that dictate my weight. I've always maintained my weight by counting my calories. It's not a diet. It's 25 years and counting... lol, literally counting my calories that keeps me at a healthy, slim weight. Would I like to be thinner? Skin tighter? Have plastic surgery if I could afford it? Yep. But it's not gonna happen. So I maintain, and accept what I have, and thank God for what He gave me.

As much as I understand what she says, she doesn't need to feel inhuman to human flaws. Who says that a fitness guru has to have a skinny physique? Oprah is entitled to look however she chooses, and still help people. She deserves a break. She's been going like the Energizer Bunny for over 20 years. She's a phenomenal woman.

A goal of "balanced" fitness is just plain smarter than trying to have a 19 year old, excessive exercise plan. Plus Oprah, you have the type of build that frankly looks a little better with just the right amount of extra. Alot of people are like that. However if you are not happy with your fitness level, by all means improve BUT don't be immature about it. Know that the body for a successful, over 30 business person should be very different than a 19 year old athlete's body. All the very best~MU
