  • d-day did not end world war 2 not by a long shot

  • My grandfather took part in the Juno Beach invasion. Went all the way through the war. Nice video by the way.

  • wow thats all crap lol very sad

  • What grade you all get? lol

  • 79% were not Canadian, most were Americans, then British, then Canadians and free French forces.

  • wird funny

  • Oh my XXXXXX god i can do better than this with army men gosh

  • They are just deomstrating

  • They are just deomstrating what is was like!! leave 'em alone!!

  • Oh come on women can go to the mlitary ... its world War II not French n' Indian War

  • just wtf

  • I was curious about the use of the wooden dummy rifles. I know that Canada has virtually no right to keep and bear arms anymore. Are they regulating toy guns as well?

Thanks for giving America assistance credit.

    ;)

  • Women aren't allowed in the military!

Get your asses back to sucking your teacher's dick for a passing grade, your skills for that are questionable at best.

  • This was horrible. The turning point of WW2 was in 1942, when the Germans were stopped at stalingrad, defeated at el alimen and the invasion of sicily. And tere was a Canadian parachute battlion. My grandpa was in it.

  • ...is that... TARA?

    Ahaha. It is.

  • You really discraced WW2 IDIOTS!

  • The Canadians didnt Have an airborne invasion... man they are stupid!

  • sae64 there was a canadian airborne assault the 1st canadian parachute battalion you douch.

  • this movie makes me want to punch babies

  • what, why, ur sick, . . . lol

  • I think i do remember hearing something about IKE ordering the playing of "WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS " after the beaches had been taken. Its a fact that not many historians are aware of...it often escapes our history books.

  • i cant believe the fat comic book geek from the simpsons actually exists and is commenting on your video. you guys get an A+ for not being losers like that dude.

  • yeah, you guys are idiots. seriously a major general would never be in the front lines. HA! factually feeble attempt AT A 10TH GRADE HISTORY PROJECT!!! holy shit who are the people that are actually offended by a video made by highschool students, i thought the comic book guy from the simpsons was a fictional character. you guys get an A+ for not being hopeless losers hating on highschool kids

  • first off, the troops in normandy were not 79 percent canadian. second, what the hell is a major general doing at the front lines lol. plus someone who has the right to give orders to a general. lol sorry that just sucked. a lot more research could have been put into that. there wasnt much mentioned about normandy in this video, it was more of a movie desperately trying to impress a 6 year old brother. i would have given you a d- for the effort.

  • Good project, despite the factual inaccuracies.

Of course, Overlord did not end WWII. The Soviets were already counterattacking well into Belarus.

    Stalingrad ended the war.

  • I thought Stalingrad was in the beginning of ww2?

  • d- day did not end wwII. There was not 79% canadian there were way less canadians. i would give u a c-. Half of the stuff us said was not true. I am only 11 and i know more than u!

  • 79% on the specific beach, or 79% in total?

Because you might be 11, but if your living in America, I'm afraid that your education is very biased.

    It's been proven.

  • @mastermike95 Samewith me.Im a nut on this stuff!!!

  • Canadians didnt do hardly anything in ww2, they mildy assisted the british. and what you idiots are trying to say is that the canadians were pretty much the main attacking force! i would say it was probibally 79% british and american, and less than 20% canadian idiots and 11% other

  • This is a project. A Grade 10 CANADIAN History Project.

We were told to focus on a Canadian achievements. You must remember that we are not a major film making company, we are 15 and 16 year olds doing a fucking school project.

  • p.s.

    i look like such a fool. >.>

  • oh snap, we're sweet.

haha, filming this was really sweet.

especially when we went to the beach. :D

  • those poor, poor, paper airplane pilots...

and they should use the mortal kombat song more often in war movies.

  • They should. They should.

It would make the world a more interesting place.

  • WTF, the troops in Normandy were not 79% canadians. They landed on one beach, Juno and was scattered in the British air divisions. The Majority of the force was British and American.

  • Hollah. We did good, guys. Stop-motion done by me, by the way.
