@2:13 You can pout whatever religion you want to be but you can definitely hear the rev. Whether you did it on purpose or not, you did step on the gas making the ramp launch forward. Engine does not lie.

Not to mention no way the ramps would launch violently forward like that if you were braking as you were going down or even going down on neutral. But like I said, 2:13, you can definitely hear the engine anyway.
ramps work great on my X5, almost perfect fit with the factory 20" rims with plenty of room to change oil or whatever. havent tried loading the 3 series on it yet but id rather trust the ramps and 2 jack stands rather then jacking up the whole front end to get it on the stands.
i bought these to change the oil on my 2006 bmw 530i because paying 215 for an oil change at the dealership is gay. if your worried about the ramps moving while ur trying to load or unload the car rest the ramps on towels. I for one didnt do this because i had a buddy holding his foot on the front of the ramps while we slowly drove the car unto the ramps. there light ramps and do have the tendency to move if you dont ease the car on.crawled under and did the oil chage. done.
How come everyone else can back down ramps without sending them into orbit? You're not driving a Toyota so you definitely had to have had your foot on the gas.
I enjoyed your thorough review at epinions, and found the video to be very humorous, from the moment I saw the hammer to the missile launch footage. You have a gift, use it wisely. May Zarathustra bless you.
Yea he sure did. His car is Front wheel drive so ofcourse that will happen. The first time he went back you herd a little bit of rev to move the car, but the 2nd time he reved it much higher and it sent them flying. Either way if you did not rev it then go slower its that simple.
I believe it was unintentional but it wasn't following the directions. You should descend service ramps using the brake only. Surprised you didn't get a little burnout rubber once the tires regained traction. If you follow the safety instructions this couldn't happen.
I think he was just making it clear that it can happen. People are dumb and well wont cinsider them turning into projectiles lol So answer us this have you ever crawled under your car when using the Rhino ramps>?
Yes, I have been under the car when ramps are in use. I always chalk the back tires and shake the car a bit to make sure stability is good. I only remove the chalks to exit the ramps.
To anyone who thinks I slammed the gas peddle, I 100% deny that to be the case.
If I did something like that - I would chance wrecking my $300 video camera! As a god fearing man, with the lord as my witness - I did not intentionally try to make the ramps turn into missiles!
Sounds to me like you did rev the engine, i hear the engine rev up quite a bit just before it happens but, anyone with BRAINS wouldn't do that intentionally if they were using them in a mature and responsible fashion. I believe you were trying to show that it CAN happen, as I think you should put some kind of weight behind any set of ramps to prevent that from happening.

Well those ramps won't work for my G35 coupe. The car is just too low.

You hit the gas coming off those ramps. You can hear it!

Did you have your foot on the brake when they shot out like that?

No, he revved the engine. It was entirely deliberate and he's a moron.

Pay no attention to that. He revved the nuts off it - it was entirely deliberate.
