Well you can't, those parts aren't from the game, they are from different trailers of the game.
And you can fight the Dahaka in Warrior Within but you must go to all the life upgrades, which are nine (if you can't find them I'll help you find them) and after that go back to the empress and you'll find a sword, known as Water Sword (the most powerfull in the game). At the end of the game you will not fight the Empress of Time, instead you will fight the Dahaka.
