Some one told me Pokemon disapear after they've been one the game for 500 hours. yet i've had my lv 100 Rayquaza for way longer then that.

But thats cause he got transfered alot. Emerald,Then Platinum,Then soulsilver,Back to platnum and know he's on Black.
